SOSMA Scholarship Application Process

All scholarship applicants shall submit the following documents for consideration by the Sons of SMA Scholarship Selection Committee:

• Scholarship Application Form
• Scholarship Nomination Form completed by Primary School principal
• Scholarship Recommendation Form from either priest/pastor or governmental/community leader
• Copy of Grade Six report cards (Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3)
• Copy of Grade Six report cards (Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3)
• 500-word essay (double-spaced) outlining your understanding of the goals/requirements of this scholarship and explaining why you believe you should be selected for this scholarship.

All scholarship application documents will need to be submitted via email to scholars@sonsofsma-org.apache3.cloudsector.net by Friday August 23rd, 2019.
